What Does a Manager Do?
- Receive notifications for properties posted in your area (within 1km radius)
- First to accept becomes the listing manager
- Visit the property, take photos, verify details (on-site verification)
- Mark the property as "Verified" – gives tenants confidence
- Monitor the conversation between tenant and landlord (for landlord-posted listings)
- Confirm when rent payment is made (ensure the landlord receives payment)
- Earn 2.5% of the annual rent when the deal closes
Requirements
- Must pass KYC verification (ID, address proof)
- Live in the city you want to manage (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt initially)
- Have a smartphone with camera and internet
- Good communication skills
Earnings Potential
- 2.5% of annual rent per successful rental
- Example: Property rented at ₦1,000,000/year → you earn ₦25,000

Step-by-Step to Become a Manager
- Download the RentEasy app
- Sign up and select "Become a Manager"
- Submit your KYC documents (National ID, proof of address)
- Wait for admin approval (usually within 48 hours)
- Once verified, you'll start receiving property notifications in your area
- Accept a listing, visit the property, verify it
- Monitor the transaction, confirm payment, get paid!
