How to Find a Home
- Download the RentEasy app
- Browse verified properties by location, price, bedrooms
- Click "Contact" – if property is posted by a landlord, you chat directly; if posted by an outgoing tenant, you chat with the assigned manager
- Schedule a viewing, negotiate, and close the deal
- You pay the annual rent + 7.5% commission (e.g., ₦1,000,000 rent + ₦75,000 fee = ₦1,075,000 total)
- The landlord receives the full rent; the commission is split: 2.5% manager, 1.5% referrer, 3.5% RentEasy
